  13. Prepare 1/2 cup olive oil
  14. Prepare 1/4 cup lemon juice

Chop the onions very fine and add them to the spinach. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and sumac. Brush the edges with egg mixture. Fold squares over the filling to form triangles.

Steps to make Spinach Pastry Triangle:
  1. In a bowl put water, yeast , sugar and dissolve the yeast well and allowed to react as shown in the picture.
