How to Prepare Award-winning Habshi halwa

Hey everyone, I hope you’re having an amazing day today. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a distinctive dish, habshi halwa. It is one of my favorites. This time, I will make it a bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Habshi halwa is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. Habshi halwa is something that I have loved my entire life. They are nice and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have habshi halwa using 8 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Habshi halwa:
  1. Prepare 2 kg milk
  2. Get 1/2 cup plain flour
  3. Prepare sugar 1 cup ghee 1 1/2 cup
  4. Get walnuts 1/2 cup (sliced) almonds 1/2 cup (sliced)
  5. Prepare citric acid 1 ts (mix it with 1 cup of water) vinegar 3 tbs
  6. Take liquid glucose 4tbs green cardamom powder 1 ts
  7. Make ready 2 tbs unsweetend coco powder
  8. Make ready pistachios 8 pieces (sliced) greased try
Instructions to make Habshi halwa:
  1. In a pan add the milk and bring it to a boil. - - once boiled add the citric acid and water mix in the milk, turn off the flame and cover it for a few min till the milk separat.
  2. Once the milk separats then cook on high flame till the water drys. - - while drying the water add the coco powder, green cardamom powder mix well.
  3. When 1 cup of water is left close the flame and add sugar, vinegar, plain flour & half of the clarified butter mix well, and on the flame low to medium and keep stirring. - - while stirring keep adding the remaining clarified butter 1 tbs at a time, till the clarified butter comes on the surface
  4. Once the butter comes on the surface add the nuts mix well and add the liquid glucose mix well (make sure they is no water in it completely dry) - - now transfer the sweet in the greased tray, garnish it with the remaining nuts and pistachios, leave to cool down. - - cut in pieces and serve.
