Consomme is one of the most favored of recent trending foods on earth. It is appreciated by millions daily. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. Consomme is something that I’ve loved my entire life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

In cooking, a consommé is a type of clear soup made from richly flavored stock, or bouillon that has been clarified, a process that uses egg whites to remove fat and sediment. Consommé is a strong, rich soup which is made by clarifying ordinary broth, simmering it with a combination of egg whites and lean ground meat. Consomme is a clear, strong broth often served as the first course of French meals. It is made from stock but is clarified by straining.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can have consomme using 19 ingredients and 2 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Consomme:
  1. Take 1 liter Chilled chicken stock
  2. Get 100 gram chicken mince
  3. Take 1 no egg white

  17. Prepare 10 gm carrot cut inti paysanne
  18. Make ready 1-2 french beans cut into paysanne
  19. Get 2-3 florets cauliflower, cut into paysanne

  1. For service - 1. Heat little butter in a sauce pan, saute the cut vegetable for few seconds without coloring. - 2. Add the consomme, adjust the seasoning & serve hot
