  24. Get 100 g curd
  25. Prepare 1/4 tsp baking powder

In a big pan on medium heat, add ghee. Once the ghee is heated add Cumin, dry Red Chilli Coriander Powder, Turmeric , Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Kasoori Methi,Salt, Garam Masala.   12. Now,put pan with oil in gas.
  13. Tempt oil in pan and put the circle in it,
  14. Now,the circles are fry and float.
  15. Flip them to the other side.
  16. Fry until it cook completely,float and gets golden spots,
  17. Aloo sabji:boil potato in cooker.
  18. Then cut all of them.
  19. Take tomato and green chilli.
  20. Cut them into small pieces.
  21. Then,put oil in pan.
  22. Now add cumin seeds,mustard and carom seeds,asafoetida
  23. Now,add potato and tomato in pan.
  24. Saute them in pan with salt and green chilli.
  25. Then,add turmeric,cumin,coriander.dry mango powder
  26. Next,mix them and saute it with sugar.
  27. Add some water in the masala mix vegetables.
  28. Now,boil water in pan and ready the curry.
  29. Raita:take cucumber and peel it.
  30. Next,grate it and drain the water
  31. Then,add the curd with cucumber.
  32. Then,add roast cumin.coriander and dry chilli mix powder.
  33. Next add black salt,chat masala and sugar for taste.
  34. Lastly all of them present in a plate
