  4. Get 300 gr minced chicken

  15. Get 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  16. Make ready 1 tbsp sesame oil

It is good to accompany a cup of tea during our afternoon family time. Heat the oil in deep wok and fry the tofu until brown in both sides. Make the filling: in remaining oil, stir fry the onion and garlic. Add the meat, stir well until brown.

  3. For the tofu: cut in half. Make sure there is a pocket to fill in the meat mixture inside
  4. Fill in the meat mixture to the tofu pocket. Can make up to 40 tofus
  5. Steam in high heat for 10-15 minutes. This tofu can be kept in the fridge or freezer for future use.
  6. Air fry 160 celcius, 3-5 minutes. Ready to serve as a snack, or eat them with rice, or cook them in beef broth soup 🍜😋

Make the filling: in remaining oil, stir fry the onion and garlic. Add the meat, stir well until brown. Pour some water, just enough to make the carrots.
