The ingredients needed to make Singaporean Rice:
  1. Prepare For Chicken gravy
  2. Get 1/2 kg Chicken (Boneless)
  3. Make ready 1 Tbs Soya sauce
  4. Take 1 Tbs Vinegar
  5. Prepare 2 Tbs Oil
  6. Prepare 1/2 Tsp Salt
  7. Get 1/2 Tsp Red chilli Powder
  8. Get 1 Tbs Ginger garlic paste
  9. Get 1/2 Tsp Black pepper
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup ketchup
  11. Take 1 Tsp Chilli sauce
  12. Prepare 3 Tbs water
  13. Get Egg noodles:
  14. Prepare 200 g Boiled egg noodles
  15. Prepare 1 Tbs oil
  16. Prepare 1 Tbs Ginger paste
  17. Prepare 1/2 cup Capsicum(cut)
  18. Make ready 1 cup Cabbage (cut)
  19. Get 1/2 cup Carrot
  20. Make ready Cut all vegies in juveline
  21. Get 1/2 cup spring onion (chopped)
  22. Get 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  23. Get Salt
  24. Prepare 1/4 Tsp Black pepper
  25. Get 1 Tbs Soya sauce
  26. Get 1 Tsp Oil
  27. Make ready Mayo Sauce:
  28. Prepare 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  29. Take 1/3 cup Ketchup
  30. Take 1 Tbsp Chilli sauce
  31. Take 1 pinch Salt
  32. Make ready 1 pinch black pepper
Instructions to make Singaporean Rice:
  1. To make chicken gravy heat oil and add ginger garlic paste, chicken and fry till chicken gets tender.
  2. Mix Vinegar,Soya sauce,salt, red chilli powder and black pepper. Add chilli sauce, ketchup and little water.Cook for 4-5 mins almost. Till chicken gravy is ready.
  3. In a pan add oil and all juveline cut vegies except green onion.Add soya sauce, red chilli powder,black pepper, salt and saute them for few minutes.
  4. Add boiled egg noodles in saute vegeies and toss.Add green onion and set aside.
  5. Mix all mayo sauce ingredients and pour it in a sauce bottle.
  6. Assembling:
  7. In a serving dish, spread layer of rice, top it with stir fried vegies mixed with egg noodles then add some chicken gravy.
  8. Add mayo sauce on top and serve hot.
