  13. Get 3 tbs oil

Mutton pieces cooked and roasted with pepper and spices. Add it along with turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and fennel powder. Instructions to make Mutton pepper masala:
  1. First prepare masala by mixer.
  2. Then pressure cook the mutton, with prepared masala, turmeric Powder and salt
  3. Pressure cook the mutton for 5 to 6 whistles. Then take a pan, add oil fry the green chillies, curry leaves and onions.
  4. As the onion becomes brown, add 1 tbs of ginger garlic paste.
  5. As ginger garlic paste smell goes, add the pressure cooked mutton with in pan.
  6. Stir well as water in mutton gets evaporate entire. As the water gets evaporate, add coriander leaves and serve it hot.
