  10. Make ready 1/2 cup Bengal Gram soaked
  11. Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  12. Prepare 500 gms Mutton bone-in

After the pressure settles down on it's own, open the lid and add the chopped Green Sorrel leaves and soaked Bengal Gram. Soak it for a good 2 hours or a little more and cook on a high heat.
  3. It gets done in no time at all. Saute until oil starts leaving the sides. Do not stir it much. Mix with light hands. - If Bengal gram is used, add it along with the leaves. - Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with Khatti Daal or Tamatar ka Kat
  4. Chukke Ki Bhaaji as called in Hyderabad is nothing but Green Sorrel Leaves. Here in this dish, it is cooked with mutton, tomatoes, and Bengal gram. Though Bengal Gram is optional, it can be added to enhance the flavour. It can also be cooked without it. There will not be any difference in it's taste.
