  1. Wash all pieces of mutton.
  2. Mix all ingredients accept (alava) bay leaf and 1pinch of asafoetide (hing) in bowl and keep a side.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf and 1pinch of asafoetide.
  4. Add chopped onion and fry for 30 second.
  5. Add mutton and fry it for 5 min.
  6. Add all ingredient of bow.
  7. Cook on medium flame till oil come on surface.
  8. Now add 2 cups of water and keep cover and cook for 15 min o medium flame.
  9. Serve with roti and rice.
