5. Now add cooked Dal and garam masala, dried mango powder and boil it..
6. Now add kasuri methi and off the flame
7. Now in a small pan add oil to heat. Add cumin seeds, red chilli and red chilli powder and pour it in dal
8. Urad Dal is ready to serve.. you can add cream also.. and serve it with rice or chapati..
