Instructions to make Sweet Rose:
- First in a pan add milk and bring it to a boil…Add pinch of salt and rice flour…And mix till came together.
- Knead it for 5 mins.to make smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts.
- Take a part and roll it into thin sheet…
- Then use any circle shape mould or cookie cutter…And the rolled dough in round shape.(3 small puri sized roll)
- Now take 3 puri sized roll…And stack all 3 roll on one another.
- Make 4 slits from the corner, (leave the space from center.)as shown in the pic.
- Now lift a single slit (petal)..And stuck around the center…As shown in the pic.
- Now lift from opposite side and stick around the first petal.
- Now lift another slit..From the left side and stick around the first two petals.
- Repeat this process till end.
- Rose is formed.
- Make all roses in same way..
- Meanwhile prepare jaggery syrup or sugar syrup (ur choice).
- Now deep fry all roses in hot oil…And dip / soak in jaggery syrup for 15 -20 mins.
