Panipuri consists of a round or ball-shaped, hollow puri (a deep-fried crisp crepe), filled with a mixture of flavored water (known as imli pani), tamarind chutney, chili powder, chaat masala, potato mash. Pani puri is also famous as gol gappe & fuchka. Make this easy to make, simple, quick homemade recipe.   20. Make ready 1 cup peas
  21. Make ready 1 cup bengal gram boiled
  22. Make ready ground powder :
  23. Prepare 1 small pattai
  24. Get 1 cardmon
  25. Get 1 tsp jeera
  26. Take 1 tsp coriander seeds
  27. Get 1 tsp pepper
  28. Make ready 1 tsp horse gram
  29. Get 1 tsp kadalai parruppu
  30. Prepare 1 tsp thuvaram parruppu
  31. Get 6 no red chilli dried
  32. Make ready 1 tsp sombu
  33. Get 2 no kirambu
  34. Make ready 1 tsp ullundhu parruppu
  35. Make ready seasoning :
  36. Get 1 tsp mustard seeds
  37. Take 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  38. Prepare 3 - 4 tsps ground powder
  39. Get 2 - 3 no tomato
  40. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  41. Take to taste salt
  42. Get 3 - 4 tsps oil
  43. Make ready 1 - 2 cups water

They are served filled with spicy water, chickpeas and potatoes. Pani puri or golgappas is my most favorite chaat from childhood. Pani puri (which is also known as a golgappa and is most commonly referred to as a puchka in Kolkata) is widely available as a street snack in India, and in other countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh. Basically pani puris are small balls made of flour and semolina, rolled out into very small puris and deep fried to a golden shade, cooled and stored in air tight containers.

Instructions to make Pani puri:
  1. Grind mint leaves, ginger, green chilli with water and strain it and keep it aside.
  2. Take a frying pan and roast all the ingredients in ground powder and make it into fine powder and keep it aside
  3. Heat a pan add oil mustard seeds,onion, green chilli, turmeric powder nad fry it for 5 min.
  4. Add smashed  potato and salt to it and mix it well. keep it aside
  5. Take another frying pan add oil mustard seeds, onion, tomato,chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder
  6. Add dhal, peas, smashed potatoes and ground paste and water, salt to it
  7. For ground paste take the powder and add water and mix it well now the ground paste is ready
  8. Leave it to the boiling point. now the masala is ready
  9. Take the puri's make it a small hole, stuff the potato masala, onion, carrot, add mint juice 1 tsp, pour the masala on it and  sparkle the onion, carrot, coriander leaves on it
  10. Serve it with hot…….yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!
