Since usili has lentils in it, when ever I prepare paruppu usili , I avoid preparing sambar, instead I prepare mor kuzhambu or vatha kuzhambu.   2. Grind it into paste along with chillies and salt, and fry it in a frying pan.
  3. In another pan fry the ladys finger (which was cut into pieces) for 10 minutes then add the fried parupusili.
  4. Vendaikai parupusili ready to taste.
