- Then keep it on simmer for 10 to 15 mints.spray a little water if needed
- Boil already soak rice with salt and garam masaka.
- Drain all the water make layers of rice then kbab masala than rice again
- On top put yellow food clr mix in little milk and pour it
- And cover the pan with lid
- Keep on simmer for 15 to 20 mints
- Mix rice with masala and kbab when serve in platter.
