INSTRUCTION FOR PREPARATION - In a cooking pot heat the vegetable oil then. Sukuma Wiki is simply prepared by adding oil, diced tomatoes, pepper and onions to the greens.   6. Add the pieces of boiled beef as you stir. Add some little water to the beef stew to avoid sticking
  7. Let the beef stew cook for 20mins
  8. Add chopped Dania and let it cook for 5mins
  9. As the beef stew cooks you can go ahead and begin steaming the sukuma wiki
  10. Put 10ml cooking oil in the sufuria and add pieces of chopped onions
  11. Let it turn golden brown and then add the chopped sukuma wiki
  12. Add a pinch of salt to taste and let it sit for 10mins
  13. Prepare the ugali and serve the food while it's hot
