  4. Prepare 250 Grams Fenugreek Leaves (finely chopped, washed and dried)
  5. Take 1 teaspoon Red chili Powder
  6. Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Get 1/2 tsp ajwain
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Jeera
  9. Get 3-4 tsp oil for moyan
  10. Prepare Salt as per taste
  11. Take Tomato chutney  ingredients
  12. Prepare 5-6 tomato
  13. Get 1 tsp oil
  14. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  15. Take 1/2 teaspoon saunf
  16. Get 1/2 teaspoon hing
  17. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  18. Prepare 1 tsp red chilly powder
  19. Take 50 gm gud /sugar
  20. Take Salt as per taste

In a pan heat oil, mustard seeds, cumin and saute for minute. - Recipe Other : Poori with tomato chutney by Inmyrasoi. Cover and cook till all masalas are mixed completely and tomatoes are tender. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro. Besan chutney recipe popularly known as bombay chutney is a great side dish for idli,dosa, poori or chapathi.

Instructions to make Besan methi ki poori with tomato chutney:
  1. In a bowl, mix together both the flours.
  2. Add fenugreek leaves, oil, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jeera, ajwain, salt and mix well.
  3. Add enough water and knead to a dough. Allow to rest for 20 minutes.
  4. Roll into pooris.
  5. In a karahi heat oil and fry.
  6. Fry till golden brown.
  7. For tomato chutney, pressure cook the tomatoes. Allow to cool.
  8. Peel and roughly chop the tomatoes.
  9. In a pan heat oil and add jeera, sauf and hing.
  10. Add in the boiled tomatoes.
  11. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, gud/sugar and mix together.
  12. Cover with a lid and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  14. Serve the methi pooris with tomato chutney.
