  16. Get Yougurt 4 tbsp for gravy and half cup for marination
  17. Prepare 1 cup Oil
  18. Make ready to taste Salt
  19. Make ready Sabit garam masala
  20. Take (Cardamom big and small)
  21. Make ready Cinnamon stick half inch
  22. Take 5-6 Blackpepper
  23. Make ready 1 Bay leave
  24. Make ready 1 tbsp cumin for boiling rice
  25. Get Cloves 2
  26. Get Mint leaves few for boiling
  27. Make ready Biryani colour orange and yellow it's up to you
  28. Make ready Biryani essence
  29. Make ready Kewra
  30. Get Coal for dum
  31. Take Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp for marination and 1 tbsp for tomato

  5. When the tomatoes get tender, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, roasted zeera and 1 tsp of chicken tikka masala.
  6. Now add corriander leaves, lemon juice and Yougurt beaten 4 tbsp.You can add lemon slices also. To make it more spicy you can add chopped chillies also according to your taste.
  7. Now add the chicken tikka gravy with masala but don't add the oil in which chicken is cooked and give a dum of coal too in a small aluminium foil and pour some oil on the coal and cover it with lid and set aside.
  8. Boil rice with the garam masala given above in the ingredient list.Once the rice is boiled, strain it.
  9. Now prepare kewra water, biryani essence orange and yellow food colour in a cup.
  10. Now put the chicken gravy first and then rice in a separate sauce pan. put the prepared biryani essence, kewra water and colour on it.Spread some corriander leaves and fried onion for garnishing also.
  11. Now put the saucepan on direct heat first for 10 to 15 mins. After 10 mins put the tawa on slow flame and saucepan on it.
  12. If you like more bbq flavour in biryani you can give a dum of coal again.
  13. Now biryani is ready to serve with salad.
