1. Marinate chicken cubes with one tsp of red crushed chillies…soya sauce chilli sauce vinegar black pepper and salt…then pour chicken cubes..capsicum and onion cubes into shashlik sticks then deep fry it and setaside

Take another pan and put 2 tbsp oil then add cabbage,carrots,capsicums and green onion leaves….stir it well by adding 1 tbsp of soya sauce black pepper salt and crushed red chilli…after adding all cook vegetables for 7 mins atleast den add boil rice and mix rice and vegies well…after that take another pan beat two eggs with a pinch of salt and fry eggs with continue stiring…add fry eggs crumbs over the rice and vegies…mix it well… Chinese fried rice are ready to serve.
