  33. Prepare 3 tbsp oil
  34. Take 2 tbsp vinegar

  37. Prepare For the grilled chicken*
  38. Make ready 1 kg boneless chicken cut into 1×6 inch strips

  42. Prepare 1/4 tsp coriander powder

Instructions to make Peri peri chicken:

Add the chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt and fry for a few minutes. Next add the tomato puree, peri peri sauce and the capsicum. Cook for a few minutes. Add in the chicken pieces and cook. Add the cornflour dissolved in water and thicken the gravy. Lastly add the milk and let it come to a boil. Set aside.
  3. Preparing the rice. Par boil the rice till 80 % done. Strain and set aside. In a vessel heat butter. Add the onions and saute for a few minutes. Add the ginger garlic paste, and the red and green bells. Cook for a few minutes. Add the peri peri sauce, tomato sauce and salt. Mix well. Add the boiled rice and mix everything well. Cover and simmer till done. Enjoy!
